How does it work

Authentic leadership coaching is not for everyone.

In our Leadership Connection Call, we make sure we’re a good fit, and you have a challenge that we can help you to solve. At the end of the call, we confirm goals, budget, and the duration of our work together.

Depending on your problem, we align on a coaching plan as a guideline. Example coaching plans are called "Know your Why", "Walk the Talk & Authenticity" or "Get your Sh*t Done".

The coaching plan is our guide, but during the time you’ll probably face new challenges or have new issues to deal with. So you’ll always drive the conversation, and we work on what matters most for you.

The coaching engagement typically includes 12 coaching sessions within 6 months. 6 coaching are with Miriam and 6 coaching with Markus.

Our sessions (online via Google Meet) can be from 45 minutes to one hour, and they will take place every two weeks generally. However, based on your timeframe and the coaching plan, we might bring them to once per week or once per month.

At the end of each session, we will align on micro-goals for your next days and a reflection exercise. These will help you to apply immediately your learnings and new insights.

Your Adaptability Assessment

Adaptability is one of the future skills for leaders. We partner with the company called AQai to measure 15 skills in 3 sub-categories, which sum up to your adaptability quotient (AQ). Adaptability is a learnable skill, and you can improve yours every day. Discover where you are and build the pathway to your future self.


Using AQai we are able to measure your AQ before and after the 12 coaching sessions. This provides yourself and us a great measure for your progress and change.

How do I know if you’re the right coaches for me?

Only a call together would tell.

In our first call, we both want to understand whether we’re a fit and there is good chemistry between us.

If you’re not sure at the end of the call, don’t commit and look for someone else.

Likewise, if we feel you’re not the right “coachee” for us, we will tell you straight because we don’t want to waste your time and money.

How much does it cost?

It depends.

We don’t offer single coaching sessions. We offer coaching packages aligned to your challenges or problems.

At the end of our first call, we will tell you what the fees would be based on your expected outcome and the duration of our work together.

If you don’t have a budget, no problems. Check my “Resources Page” as there are many articles and tools that can probably help you to find a solution to what you’re looking for.

You don’t have experience in my industry. Does it matter?

No. It doesn’t.

As we are not your consultant or business mentor, our industry experience is irrelevant to solving your issues.

However, if we believe we can share some observations or advice based on our previous long experience, we will gently ask you if you would like to hear it because it might be relevant to your current situation. Most of our clients love that.
