What is included in the price?

  • 6 days - vegetarian all-inclusive

  • Single room in beautiful house in Argab at Jütland - shared rooms including discount available on request

  • approx. 12 hours personal development group sessions

  • 3 days Kite Surfing lessons for beginners and experts - including all material and wetsuits & including personal development trainer on the water to offer any support necessary to start to embody desired changes; depending on weather an alternative sport activity will take place

  • 6 Yoga Sessions (45–60 minutes)

  • 1 massage including energy work (45-60 minutes)

  • Like-minded community (maximum 6 participants)

What is the refund policy?

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, so we've outlined our cancellation policy below:

Before end of early-bird price: Receive a full refund (minus a 10% processing fee). Alternatively, you can apply 100% of your payment towards another "Know Your Why and Fly" retreat within two years of the original retreat date.

After early-bird period: You can apply 50% of your payment towards another "Know Your Why and Fly" retreat within two year of the original retreat date.

Less than 90 days before retreat: Unfortunately, cancellations within 90 days of the retreat are non-refundable.

Please note: This policy applies to all cancellations, regardless of reason. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending the retreat.

Are there any accommodation options available for participants?

Yes, in the retreat price a single room in our beautiful house in Argab at Jütland is included for 5 nights. Shared rooms including discount are available on request.

How to travel to the retreat location in Argab

The full address of the retreat house will be provided some days before the event. The house is located in Argab on the peninsula Jütland in Denmark.

The best way to get there is driving by car. It is a 4 hours drive from Hamburg.

The next airport is Billund, which is 1.5 hours drive by car. There is a bus connection which takes about 3 hours.

If you need support to get to the retreat location, please get in contact with us. We are happy to support building carpooling.

I want to extend my trip in Denmark, can I do this?

Feel free to explore Denmark before or after the retreat. There are many more small houses around in Argab and you can extend your vacation. We can not offer extended stays within our retreat house.

Can I bring my own kite material?

Feel free to bring your own kite material. We recommend bringing your own wetsuit and neoprene shoes.

What is the experience level required for kite surfing?

All levels are welcome. There will be beginners lessons and our kite teacher Nik will be happy to run a high-jump contest for the pros :-)

I never kite surfed before. Can I attend as well?

Yes, you are very much welcome at the event as well. Beginners lessons will be provided as well.

 Is there an option for non-kite surfers to participate in other outdoor activities?

No, there are no other options. The idea of the retreat is that everyone explores the power of kite surfing and starts working with this experience.

I live on the island Fehmarn. I'm really excited to accompany you here. Kitesurfing, with everything that comes with it, has guided me for over 7 years now and led me through different sorts of challenges in my life. It provides me with the support I need on various levels to keep playing the game of life and to win it for myself! Initially, I wanted to teach water sports to other people so I could travel and be outdoors in nature. But now I know that the joy, the little challenges and the entire process itself, with the right intentions, can have a much greater impact than just learning a sport. Since my whole journey has helped me live more contentedly, it's an honor for me to share my learnings and passion with you. Maybe you'll enjoy flying as much as I do.

I moved from the depths of Bavaria to the northern coast 10 years ago because being close to the sea was very important to me. Sailing and kitesurfing therefore determined my life until I did a yoga teacher training 6 years ago. From then on, everything was based on the principle of yin and yang and I learned and still practice today how to balance my body, mind and soul. Well, I am your yoga teacher for this unique journey. With me, you will be brought into flowing but also grounding positions through sounds and scents in order to sort out your thoughts or bring them into silence. In my sessions, you will experience deep relaxation in which you can allow yourself to feel and then skillfully let go.

I am there to keep you grounded if you fly too far ;)

I live directly behind the dike on the North Sea. Water has always been the focus of my life. I grew up by the sea with lots of watersports.

So now I am a passionate swimmer, swimming and aqua fitness trainer, kite surfer, mom and love bringing people together in a relaxed and natural atmosphere.

A few years ago, I set out on a journey to allow myself to reinvent myself again and again. I discovered that there are so many wonderful tools that bring us more to ourselves and our dreams... from exercise, energy work and massages to sauna infusions and cold water bathing to breath work, cocoa ceremonies and nutrition. There are so many little screws that can make a big difference.

I am therefore looking forward to taking care of your physical well-being on this trip with simple and delicious vegetarian cuisine and to creating a relaxed atmosphere for exchange and experience.
