Voluntary and Self-Responsibility

KWF retreats are designed to be a transformative experience, but the ultimate responsibility for your well-being lies with you. By registering for a retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• * All participation in retreat activities is voluntary. You are free to choose not to participate in any activity that feels uncomfortable or unsafe.

• * You are responsible for your own physical and mental health during the retreat.

• * We encourage open communication throughout the retreat. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to speak to a retreat leader.

• * The retreat facilitators are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice. Please consult with your doctor before attending the retreat if you have any health concerns.

KWF strives to create a safe and supportive environment for exploration and growth. By understanding these terms, we can ensure a positive and empowering experience for all participants.

Coach's and Trainer's Responsibilities

The coach or trainer shall provide his services to the participant to the best of his knowledge and ability in all professional matters. He / she shall fulfill these duties carefully and conscientiously, in accordance with these terms & conditions.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, so we've outlined our cancellation policy below:

Before end of early-bird price: Receive a full refund (minus a 10% processing fee). Alternatively, you can apply 100% of your payment towards another "Know Your Why and Fly" retreat within two years of the original retreat date.

After early-bird period: You can apply 50% of your payment towards another "Know Your Why and Fly" retreat within two year of the original retreat date.

Less than 90 days before retreat: Unfortunately, cancellations within 90 days of the retreat are non-refundable.

Please note: This policy applies to all cancellations, regardless of reason. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending the retreat.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

The participant agrees that all data provided in the registration and during the KWF process may be electronically stored and used exclusively for the agreed KWF purposes. All documents, reports, and information will be treated as confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party without the written consent of the participant. The trainer is obligated not to disclose confidential information to external third parties and to use confidential information solely for the purposes of the contractually defined KWF. In addition, the coach or trainer must store confidential information that has been provided in writing or recorded personally in a manner that prevents access by third parties. All personal information shared within KWF remains within this space and does not leave the group.

Disclaimer

By registering and signing, the participant acknowledges that they have voluntarily and at their own responsibility engaged in and carried out KWF. They understand that KWF is not a substitute for therapeutic or medical treatment, and that participation is at their own risk. They affirm that they are in a suitable state of health for KWF. If there are any doubts, they are advised to consult a trusted medical or psychological professional to address potential health or psychological risks before starting KWF. It is known that participation in KWF requires normal physical and psychological resilience. They commit to providing truthful information in their registration. Any claims for liability are excluded.

Violation of Terms & Conditions

If a participant significantly breaches the Terms & Conditions, the coach or trainer reserves the right to remove the participant from the program.

Severability Clause

If any clause of these Terms & Conditions is or becomes invalid, the Terms & Conditions shall remain valid in all other respects. Additions and amendments to this contract must be agreed upon in writing.
